Descriere

  • Help build and evolve Lambda’s brand identity
  • Design materials for marketing, product, and internal initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to maintain cohesive branding and high-quality creative output
  • Develop assets for websites, print materials, and presentations
  • Oversee multiple design projects and deliver work on schedule
  • Explore emerging design tools to strengthen the brand’s visual expression
  • Support the development of scalable design processes
  • Influence Lambda’s perception across every touchpoint and create meaningful brand experiences for customers and users

Cerințe

  • At least six years of brand design experience, supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating solutions to complex design challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to execute design work directly
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
  • Strong command of typography, color theory, and visual composition
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to explain design decisions and provide thoughtful feedback
  • Background in website, UI/UX, presentation, print, event, and social media design
  • Experience working in a fast-moving environment
  • A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline is preferred but not required
  • Motion and 3D capabilities such as animation, compositing, rendering, or rotoscoping are a plus
  • Photography or videography experience, including shooting and editing, is a plus
  • Experience with creative coding or generative art, particularly at the intersection of design and engineering, is a plus
  • Experience in machine learning or computer hardware is a plus
