Senior Backend Developer (Java)
Build Java backend systems, APIs, and web services for QualityMinds’ software engineering and quality assurance projects. This is a hybrid role based in Nuremberg.
Descriere
- Join a software development team working across Munich, Nuremberg, and remote locations
- Build Java backend systems for client projects using relevant frameworks, tools, and technologies
- Design and implement APIs and web services
- Connect backend systems with frontend applications and databases
- Track backend performance and scalability
- Translate customer requirements into backend solutions
- Document the systems you develop
- Follow development standards and guidelines
Cerințe
- A degree in computer science, statistics, or data science, or several years of practical Java backend experience as a career changer
- Advanced knowledge of backend development frameworks, tools, and technologies
- Experience developing APIs and web services
- Knowledge of databases and experience with ORM frameworks
- Familiarity with connecting backend systems to frontend systems
- Strong interest in automated testing
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to contribute to functional concepts and design the related architecture
- Very good German skills
- Good English skills
