Descriere

  • Set the methodological and technical direction for the Analytics & CRO area
  • Ensure measurement plans and conversion strategies support clients’ business goals and results
  • Guide clients as they advance their digital maturity
  • Identify growth opportunities across client accounts
  • Help shape and promote analytics and experimentation solutions
  • Lead and deliver analytics projects from start to finish
  • Keep deliverables on schedule and maintain their quality
  • Track progress closely with the technical team
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Cerințe

  • Substantial experience and demonstrated seniority in data analytics and conversion rate optimization
  • Strong command of GA4, server-side Google Tag Manager, SQL/BigQuery, BI tools, and testing and CRO platforms
  • A consultative approach and commercial, business-focused perspective
  • Ability to identify client needs and present the value of technical proposals to C-level leaders, CMOs, and CDOs
  • Excellent relationship-building and storytelling skills
  • Technical and architectural expertise to solve complex challenges involving data loss, attribution, governance, privacy, and cross-domain integrations
  • Experience managing partnerships with Google Cloud or Marketing Platform, VWO, Optimizely, and OneTrust is an advantage
  • Advanced experience with mobile app measurement, Firebase, mobile measurement partners such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and data layers in Shopify Plus or Adobe Commerce is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure is an advantage
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is an advantage
