Descriere

  • Evaluate prototypes and record whether they should proceed, be revised, or be retired
  • Develop data models, APIs, integrations, error handling, tests, and deployment processes for production-ready software
  • Implement automated testing, secret scanning, and code and dependency checks that support production approval
  • Integrate Cardiff’s systems with external lenders and vendors while normalizing inconsistent data
  • Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve deployed systems
  • Investigate incidents and document the resulting corrective actions
  • Share written progress updates, surface blockers, and align scope and acceptance with business owners
  • Convert AI-generated prototypes into dependable software for Cardiff teams
  • Support lender routing, sales calculators, decisioning workflows, and automation agents
  • Improve processing efficiency and reduce time to funding through measurable delivery outcomes

Cerințe

  • Seven or more years of software development experience, including recent hands-on ownership of systems used by real customers
  • Strong production engineering judgment covering testing, security, reliability, monitoring, and incident response
  • Proficiency with Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud deployment, preferably on AWS
  • Experience integrating external systems and converting inconsistent inputs into clean, usable data models
  • Practical AI development experience with coding tools, LLM APIs, agents, and evaluations, including careful review of generated code
  • Ability to evaluate existing code, decide what to retain or rebuild, and deliver pragmatic solutions quickly
  • Clear communication and accountability when working directly with the Managing Partner and nontechnical stakeholders
