Descriere

  • Build strong client relationships and manage a portfolio of outsourced accounting clients.
  • Handle recurring daily and weekly transactions, including payables, receivables, credit card imports, and consultant invoices.
  • Perform month-end close tasks such as reconciliations, fixed asset tracking, and loan accounting.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Support clients across the project lifecycle, from project setup and billing to project reporting.
  • Investigate accounting data to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Find the causes of client and firm issues and recommend solutions.
  • Help onboard new Client Accounting Services clients.
  • Suggest ways to improve processes and profitability for clients and the firm.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor while meeting service standards.
  • Maintain professionalism in client communications.
  • Guide teammates and contribute to team success.
  • Work with internal teams and clients to complete tasks.
  • Manage client projects with limited supervision.

Cerințe

  • Use Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Billing proficiently.
  • Understand the accounting cycle from data entry through financial statement preparation.
  • Have at least three years of full-cycle accounting experience at staff accountant level or above.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Have experience at an architecture, engineering, or construction firm.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Interact effectively with people across organizational levels and practice areas.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Be willing to learn new skills.
  • Have experience working fully remotely.
