Descriere
- Serve as a Senior Consultant by gathering and resolving customer requirements
- Coordinate sub-projects and assume project management duties
- Manage assigned projects independently
- Deliver expert customer support in collaboration with the wider team
- Evaluate opportunities to improve business processes and their IT implementation
- Contribute actively to business development and client acquisition
- Prepare functional specifications for the company’s internally developed products
Cerințe
- A completed degree in business administration, economics, or a technical discipline—ideally focused on real estate—or an equivalent qualification
- At least four years of professional experience in the real estate sector
- Extensive SAP experience modeling real estate business processes
- Mandatory experience with relevant modules such as PS, PM, MM, RE-FX, or Finance
- A track record of independently delivering multiple SAP projects in the real estate sector
- Ability to independently gather customer-specific requirements, analyze them thoroughly, and convert them into robust solutions
- Confidence presenting business topics to customers, preparing decisions, and organizing and advancing work independently
- A precise, autonomous working style with a strong focus on quality
- A collaborative, service-focused approach and a confident, professional customer presence
- Excellent German communication and presentation skills, plus good English proficiency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- This role is intended for experienced consultants who can assume functional responsibility quickly and contribute to customer projects with limited onboarding
