Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Contract) – California Remote
Develop scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for Robert Half, including journeys, campaigns, integrations, and data-driven customer engagement programs.
Descriere
- Deliver end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions from design through ongoing support.
- Create and maintain customer journeys, email campaigns, audience segments, and automated processes.
- Build responsive email templates and landing pages with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Write and refine SQL queries for audience development, data operations, reporting, and campaign deployment.
- Connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise systems through APIs and data connectors.
- Administer Marketing Cloud capabilities including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Contact Builder, Advertising Studio, CloudPages, and Intelligence Reports and Analytics.
- Work with business stakeholders to define needs and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Investigate campaign and data problems through troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Apply Salesforce best practices, security requirements, and governance standards to all solutions.
- Validate every send across devices and email clients, addressing rendering, deliverability, data hygiene, and send-time issues.
- Create reusable templates, code libraries, and documentation to accelerate production and minimize errors.
- Work with analytics teams to implement tracking and enable A/B and multivariate testing.
- Connect business objectives with technical delivery to produce scalable, reliable customer engagement solutions.
Cerințe
- Six to eight years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and development experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules and functionality.
- Expert command of HTML/CSS, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), AMPscript, and SQL.
- Practical experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong knowledge of customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation practices.
- Experience with version control, deployments, and environment administration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant and/or Developer certification.
- Quality assurance and software testing experience preferred.
- Experience delivering work in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of integrations with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality.
- Proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused working style.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines.
- Successful completion of a background check is required for employment.
