Sales Trainee - Texas Remote

Meet homeowners in their homes, recommend custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters, and close sales as a Design Consultant for 3 Day Blinds. You will coordinate appointments, create tailored window-treatment solutions, and guide customers through installation.

Descriere

  • Visit homeowners in person to learn about their needs and recommend custom window treatments
  • Develop window-treatment designs that reflect each customer's style and budget
  • Lead customers through the purchase process and finalize sales in their homes
  • Coordinate your schedule, appointments, and customer follow-ups
  • Generate new business through referrals and local networking
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience from the initial consultation through final installation

  • Enjoy connecting with people, building relationships, and helping customers make confident decisions
  • Bring strong performance motivation and enthusiasm for uncapped earning potential
  • Be confident, receptive to coaching, and capable of working independently in the field
  • Stay organized while coordinating multiple appointments throughout the week
  • Be available to work at least one weekend day
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be comfortable traveling locally
  • Experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or another fast-paced client-facing environment is helpful
  • No design experience is required; training is provided
