Sales Administrator - Simi Valley Hybrid

Descriere

  • Handle customer inquiries, process orders, and provide pricing and delivery details.
  • Analyze market information, sales results, and quote history to prepare customer quotations.
  • Negotiate customer pricing within Howmet Fastening Systems guidelines.
  • Review and administer customer contracts, including pricing, delivery, terms, and conditions.
  • Develop new accounts and reactivate inactive accounts.
  • Coordinate with the Outside Sales Team on strategic customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with Howmet factories on pricing and lead times to secure orders and business.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Work with Howmet Credit to establish credit limits and support collections when needed.
  • Follow up on all customer quotations.
  • Contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing pressure and challenges from internal and external customers.
  • Manage low- to medium-volume customer accounts.

Cerințe

  • High school diploma.
  • At least five years of related experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Visa sponsorship is unavailable for this position.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete varied assignments with minimal direction or supervision.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, and Word.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
