Reporting Analyst (California Remote)

Descriere

  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to establish performance metrics and document reporting needs.
  • Create scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, data pipelines, and analytics infrastructure.
  • Find ways to strengthen data quality, operational efficiency, and reporting capabilities.
  • Use SQL and other analytical tools to examine complex datasets.
  • Turn performance trends into insights, recommendations, risks, and opportunities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Manage reporting and analytics initiatives from requirements definition through implementation.
  • Verify that deliverables meet contractual obligations, SLAs, performance standards, and business goals.
  • Act as a dependable analytics adviser to leadership.
  • Contribute to operational, strategic, and transformation initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders to provide reporting and analytics for operational and strategic decisions.
  • Work autonomously while coordinating with leadership and cross-functional partners.

Cerințe

  • Currently live in California.
  • At least two years of experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, business analysis, or a related analytical field.
  • Background querying and analyzing large, varied datasets with SQL or comparable data technologies.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, or comparable business intelligence platforms.
  • Proficiency with Python and/or other data scripting languages.
  • At least two years of SQL experience.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methods such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working in AWS, Azure, or another cloud environment.
  • Understanding of data governance and data quality management principles.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI or Power Automate.
  • Experience supporting contracts or client services governed by SLAs, performance measures, contractual obligations, or regulatory requirements.
  • Experience leading reporting or analytics projects, collaborating with senior leaders, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in a highly regulated setting, such as healthcare, government, or the public sector.
