Descriere

  • Lead the development of Greenbox Capital’s technology organization.
  • Modernize platforms and expand engineering capabilities to support business growth.
  • Direct technology strategy, architecture, engineering performance, and initiatives that deliver business value.
  • Set a technology roadmap aligned with business priorities, growth, and scale.
  • Work with the CEO and executive team to define technology priorities.
  • Assess technology investments, organizational capabilities, and competing demands.
  • Turn business challenges into technical strategies, execution plans, and measurable results.
  • Define measures for engineering productivity, delivery quality, reliability, and business impact.
  • Oversee architecture and scaling across cloud infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and enterprise integrations.
  • Assess architecture, identify technical risks, and set modernization plans.
  • Guide production cloud environments and modern data platforms.
  • Build and lead engineering, data, and technical leadership teams across a distributed organization.
  • Set expectations for quality, productivity, delivery, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Develop technical leaders and make organizational and talent decisions.
  • Improve engineering processes, execution, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement practical uses for AI and automation.
  • Guide the integration of AI capabilities into production applications and operational processes.
  • Set standards for security, reliability, quality, governance, and human oversight.
  • Strengthen technology security, resilience, governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • Manage security, compliance, and operational risks.
  • Improve visibility into system performance, incidents, technical debt, and infrastructure needs.
  • Report to the Chief Executive Officer.

Cerințe

  • At least 15 years of progressive experience in technology, engineering, architecture, or related leadership roles.
  • Significant responsibility for technology strategy and organizational performance.
  • Experience leading engineering and data teams responsible for business-critical applications, platforms, and products.
  • Direct leadership experience with production cloud environments, modern data platforms, and complex application architectures.
  • Experience assessing architecture and directing technical decisions on scalability, reliability, security, cost, and performance.
  • A track record of delivering technology modernization, platform transformation, or major architectural improvements.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing technical organizations.
  • Experience developing leaders, assessing talent, and addressing organizational performance.
  • Ability to connect technology investments to business outcomes.
  • Experience setting technology roadmaps, delivery standards, engineering KPIs, and operational accountability.
  • Experience implementing AI solutions, automation, or emerging technologies that deliver measurable improvements.
  • Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Databricks, or comparable AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, or other modern cloud and data platforms.
  • Knowledge of cloud-native application architecture, distributed systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
  • Knowledge of data engineering, analytics platforms, data pipelines, and data governance.
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications, infrastructure, or enterprise technology platforms.
  • Experience with AI-enabled business applications, machine learning, and engineering productivity tools.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, observability, and platform reliability.
  • Experience with security, compliance, disaster recovery, and technology risk management.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Experience building and leading geographically distributed engineering and data teams.
