Descriere
- Win new bakery and confectionery customers for POS, inventory, and workforce management software.
- Assess customer needs and shape proposals around suitable software solutions.
- Advise decision-makers and secure business for tools that digitize inventory, production planning, scheduling, branch operations, and workforce management.
- Showcase YUVENDA Group software through on-site and online presentations, as well as at trade shows.
- Develop quotes, pricing calculations, and contract documents with sales management.
- Coordinate with Customer Success and Consulting to prepare and deliver customer onboarding.
- Track competitors and market developments to spot opportunities in bakery software.
Cerințe
- Experience or vocational training in the bakery or confectionery trade.
- A demonstrated record of selling software, ideally inventory management or point-of-sale systems.
- Interest in IT, digital transformation, and improving business processes.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building professional relationships.
- Self-directed, organized, and highly motivated.
- Collaborative team member who works effectively with colleagues.
- Available to travel for customer meetings.
- Good spoken and written German.
