Remote Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant for Real Estate
Part-time remote role supporting a U.S. real estate agent through social media, email marketing, visual content, lead engagement, and campaign performance reporting.
Descriere
- Develop and carry out tailored digital marketing plans for a high-performing real estate agent
- Plan and publish recurring content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter
- Prepare listing, open-house, market-update, and community-focused graphics and short videos
- Write captions that reflect the agent’s values, investment perspective, and local market knowledge
- Review comments, direct messages, and community activity each day, escalating buyer and seller leads
- Write, format, and schedule bi-weekly or monthly newsletters through real estate CRM and email platforms
- Add market reports, valuation tools, featured properties, and home-care guidance to email campaigns
- Maintain and segment marketing contact lists
- Produce social posts, story designs, open-house flyers, and market graphics from Canva templates
- Share digital resources including valuation pages, mortgage calculators, and buyer and seller guides
- Manage listing images, property-tour videos, and client testimonials in shared cloud storage
- Join recurring check-ins with the Lead Marketing Strategist
- Track email and social engagement data to inform marketing improvements
Cerințe
- At least two years of experience as a Digital Marketing Virtual Assistant
- Experience supporting residential real estate agents or teams is strongly preferred
- Skilled in Canva, including brand kits and reusable templates
- Experience using CapCut or comparable short-form video editing software
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and scheduling tools such as Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
- Experience with real estate CRMs, MLS-connected email tools, Mailchimp, or kvCORE
- Proficient with Google Workspace, including Drive, Docs, and Sheets
- Experience working with Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Strong command of grammar, tone, and visual quality
- Self-directed, highly organized, and proactive in delivering draft content before publishing deadlines
- Able to receive payments through Wise; eligibility is restricted to locations where Wise supports local bank transfers
