  • Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data
  • Analyze campaigns, studies, and projects to turn data into hypotheses, learnings, and clear opportunities
  • Clean, model, and analyze complex datasets in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Define, recommend, and justify methodologies based on client briefs and time or budget constraints
  • Analyze results and prepare strategic reports with business conclusions and recommendations
  • Build and present compelling narratives through data storytelling
  • Answer complex business questions from internal teams and clients
  • Manage project timelines, priorities, and stakeholders from end to end
  • Find creative, results-focused solutions when data or tools are imperfect
  • Turn real FMCG shopper data into actionable insights for brands and internal teams

Cerințe

  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills, with the ability to extract data independently
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, modeling, data cleaning, and synthesis
  • Resourceful research skills, including benchmarking and finding external sources
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Curiosity, continuous learning, and adaptability
  • Clear, consultative communication focused on business needs
  • Retail or consumer packaged goods knowledge is highly valued
  • Familiarity with sales velocity, penetration, average basket size, and purchase frequency KPIs is highly valued
  • Power BI, Metabase, or other data visualization tools are desirable
  • Basic automation knowledge in Python or R is desirable
