  • Sell vacation preview packages and tours to customers and prospective owners by phone, including outbound and potential inbound calls.
  • Describe available options and respond to questions.
  • Confirm eligibility before arranging tours at HVC properties.
  • Encourage guests and callers to buy or schedule preview packages and tours.
  • Clarify what to expect and what is required for a sales presentation.
  • Review lodging and date availability, and offer alternatives when needed.
  • Respond to guests and colleagues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the team in meeting its goals.
  • Protect confidential company materials and information.
  • Observe company policies and safety procedures.

Cerințe

  • Must live in the Orlando, Florida area.
  • Available for varied shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Able to reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop; and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Able to use multiple computer systems at the same time.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and comprehension.
  • May be subject to background and drug screening under company policy and applicable law.
