Descriere

  • Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Process invoices for customers and vendors
  • Monitor payments, pursue overdue balances, and support timely collections
  • Provide financial data and analysis for budgeting and forecasting
  • Review financial trends to surface improvement opportunities, cost savings, and potential risks
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • Compile financial reports
  • Assist with internal and external audits by supplying records, documentation, and related support
  • Protect sensitive financial information and maintain confidentiality
  • Organize accounting records, files, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service to maintain accurate billing
  • Recommend improvements to accounting workflows and collection efficiency
  • Keep accounting procedure documentation clear and up to date

Cerințe

  • At least 4–5 years of demonstrated bookkeeping experience
  • Solid command of fundamental accounting principles
  • Practical experience with invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
  • Proficiency in accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable systems
  • Consistently high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple accounts and competing deadlines
  • Background in healthcare, B2B, or service-based businesses is preferred
  • Familiarity with hospital or large-institution billing is preferred
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred
  • Experience serving U.S. customers from an offshore position is preferred
  • At least a fifth-generation Intel i5 processor or equivalent
  • At least 4 GB of RAM
  • Windows 10 or Mac OS X
  • Primary internet service of at least 5.0 Mbps with a dependable backup connection
  • USB noise-canceling headset
  • Webcam capable of at least 3 MP resolution and 720p recording
