Descriere

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver a thoughtful, well-organized candidate experience
Coordinate a high volume of interviews, primarily for non-technical positions
Respond to candidate questions and resolve scheduling or process issues
Maintain clear communication between candidates and interviewers
Help improve recruiting processes with recruiters and hiring managers
Build experience in planning, executing, and scaling hiring at Notion
Provide light sourcing, process improvement support, and additional recruiting ownership as the role develops

Cerințe

6–12 months of recruiting coordination or interview scheduling experience, ideally in a high-volume setting
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
Proactive, dependable, and highly attentive to detail
Composure in fast-paced work environments
Ability to handle ambiguity with optimism
Clear, considerate, and professional communication
Curiosity about and willingness to use AI tools
Experience coordinating technical and non-technical roles, including remote and in-person interviews (nice to have)
Familiarity with Ashby, Workday, and Slack (nice to have)
Experience in a high-growth or startup setting (nice to have)
Ability to work from a Notion office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
