Descriere

Oversee and improve a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
Create and refine listings, including photography, descriptions, and search optimization
Apply dynamic pricing strategies to improve revenue performance
Manage reservations and maintain guest relationships
Respond to messages and oversee check-ins and dispute resolution
Schedule cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays
Identify and approach property owners seeking outsourced property operations
Run the business using the ALB platform
Potentially recruit and coach City Managers

Cerințe

Work as an independent contractor or freelancer
Build credibility with property owners and persuade them to work with the business
Background in real estate, sales, or another relevant field is welcome
Show drive to develop and expand the business
Work autonomously while using the support of an established network
Be prepared to develop a recurring, long-term income stream
No particular degree, certification, or minimum experience level is required
