Descriere

  • Create concepts for memes, static posts, carousels, short videos, character-led content, and recurring social series
  • Convert ideas into publishable content using existing artwork and assets
  • Write captions, hooks, headlines, and concise copy in distinct character voices
  • Edit short-form video and design graphics tailored to social platforms
  • Apply AI-assisted creative tools to produce polished, purposeful content
  • Adapt comics, animation, games, trailers, and other assets for social channels
  • Monitor new social formats, platform updates, algorithm behavior, creators, entertainment brands, fandoms, memes, and cultural trends
  • Study successful accounts to identify growth levers and turn findings into experiments
  • Develop organic strategies that reach non-followers through sharing, recommendations, collaborations, creators, and trends
  • Identify relevant creators, communities, accounts, and prospective collaborators
  • Own and update the social content calendar
  • Schedule and publish consistently across active accounts
  • Keep assets, drafts, approvals, captions, and publishing timelines organized
  • Work closely with designers, animators, editors, and other team members
  • Manage several distinct social media accounts
  • Measure reach, engagement, shares, saves, watch time, profile visits, follower growth, clicks, and related indicators
  • Test ideas, assess outcomes, and iterate rapidly
  • Deliver practical performance reports with clear next steps
  • Relate social results to digital product sales, game engagement, email acquisition, and app growth
  • Create consistent publishing habits and recognizable content formats
  • Increase non-follower reach and organic discovery
  • Create a continuous feedback cycle from research through experimentation
  • Develop social channels into an audience engine for the broader company ecosystem

Cerințe

  • Strong knowledge of Instagram/Meta and TikTok, especially short-form content and organic discovery
  • Proven ability to create engaging social content independently
  • Strong copywriting instincts paired with a well-developed sense of humor
  • Fluency in memes, internet culture, entertainment, fandoms, creators, and emerging social trends
  • Working comfort with Canva and/or Adobe tools and short-form video editing software
  • Experience with current AI creative tools is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple content streams at once
  • Ability to interpret performance data while applying sound creative judgment
  • Resourceful, self-directed approach to solving problems
  • Proactive habit of bringing ideas and opportunities to the team
  • Availability to collaborate during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
  • Part-time availability of 20 hours per week
