Paid Advertising Strategist, Ecommerce (Remote - Colombia)

Lead ecommerce paid advertising campaigns for Power Digital Marketing, managing channel strategy, optimization, budgets, reporting, and client communication. Work across paid social and media platforms to improve performance and support full-funnel growth.

Descriere

  • Manage campaign execution, performance, and growth across an assigned client portfolio
  • Connect campaign activity with each client’s wider business objectives
  • Partner with account leadership to shape channel strategy within the broader media mix
  • Handle reporting, optimization, client communication, keyword research, ad copy, bid management, and daily campaign operations
  • Run paid social and media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing Ads
  • Create and launch campaigns across channels while meeting delivery deadlines
  • Drive performance improvements and manage or advise on client budgets and pacing
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to reduce errors that could affect client revenue
  • Recommend proactive strategies and identify emerging opportunities and risks
  • Maintain client testing roadmaps and coordinate next steps for experiments
  • Raise performance concerns promptly
  • Share internal updates on results, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items
  • Deliver weekly client updates with performance insights and recommended actions
  • Apply marketing and business strategy to full-funnel paid social and media programs
  • Use data to explain results and define clear next steps for clients and stakeholders
  • Apply AI tools to improve and optimize business processes

Cerințe

  • Bring 2–3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1–2 years in an agency environment
  • Have at least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing two or more paid advertising channels
  • Know Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other relevant advertising platforms
  • Understand bid optimization, keyword research, ad copywriting, campaign strategy, and optimization workflows
  • Work proficiently with Google and Microsoft Office suites
  • Use Google Analytics proficiently
  • Demonstrate a strong grasp of full-funnel marketing
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and conversation
  • Apply strong organizational and project management skills
  • Work independently with motivation and a strong drive to succeed
  • Build effective professional relationships
  • Communicate confidently with clients and present to them when needed
  • Show a strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Be interested in building a long-term relationship with a growing company
