Descriere
- Assess and standardize business processes to support optimization and automation.
- Apply Celonis and other process intelligence tools to uncover bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Build solutions with Databricks, PowerApps, Power Automate, RPA, AI, and related technologies.
- Create and maintain workflows, taxonomies, and supporting system structures.
- Develop clear process documentation and user-focused experiences.
- Use AI-driven methods to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Track performance through data and analytics, and guide ongoing improvements.
- Work with business and IT partners to deliver practical, scalable solutions.
- Build scalable process, data, and system foundations for future AI capabilities.
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in automation, analytics, systems development, process improvement, or a related area.
- Experience creating or supporting technical solutions that improve business performance, efficiency, or data quality.
- A hands-on, solution-building approach.
- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience or strong interest in process intelligence, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Practical experience with SQL, Power Platform, Celonis, RPA, or comparable tools.
- Ability to turn complex business challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
- Curiosity, creativity, and confidence in questioning established approaches.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business teams.
