Descriere

  • Build relationships with customers to meet their merchandising needs.
  • Stock shelves and maintain or replace displays.
  • Represent Mondelēz when working with in-store employees.
  • Partner with sales representatives to improve product visibility and build promotional displays.
  • Visit stores and follow Mondelēz’ DSD merchandising procedures.
  • Photograph displays at assigned stores.
  • Order products on an iPad to keep shelves and displays stocked.
  • Keep Nabisco products represented, stocked, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
  • Ensure store managers follow plans negotiated by sales representatives.
  • Report issues to Mondelēz management.
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
  • Support seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
  • Represent Mondelēz in stores with a positive, upbeat approach.

Cerințe

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license issued by your state of residence.
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Bring a positive, professional attitude; be self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Be able to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance to multiple store locations.
  • Be able to repeatedly lift, bend, and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Be able to occasionally push and pull more than 50 pounds.
  • Retail or grocery experience is a plus.
  • Live within 25–35 miles of the primary location in Thousand Oaks, California.
  • Be available Monday through Friday, with weekends and holidays as needed; shifts start at 5 a.m.
