Descriere

  • Lead creative concept development and direction for motion projects.
  • Develop styleframes and storyboards that establish tone, motion language, and visual aesthetic.
  • Oversee and contribute to 2D and 3D motion graphics production while maintaining quality and cohesion.
  • Partner with creative directors, producers, and designers to shape campaign narratives.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback that strengthens the work.
  • Direct small and mid-sized teams of animators and designers across multiple projects.
  • Support pitch decks, treatments, and new-business initiatives as needed.
  • Track industry trends, tools, and techniques to advance creative output.
  • Guide ideas from concept to completion across social, branded, commercial, and experiential campaigns.
  • Mentor junior talent and support an efficient, clear production pipeline.

Cerințe

  • A standout portfolio showing strong motion art direction across varied styles and platforms.
  • At least 7 years of motion design or animation experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong command of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and core design principles.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Cinema 4D, Redshift, and Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere.
  • Experience with Houdini, XParticles, Marvelous Designer, or Substance Painter is an asset.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to manage timelines, mentor others, and balance hands-on production with strategic direction.
  • A strong commitment to craft and a drive to expand the possibilities of motion design.
