Descriere

  • Perform rapid ad hoc analyses of paid media performance to answer business questions and guide optimization decisions.
  • Extract, combine, and process data from platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DV360.
  • Build and maintain paid media dashboards and reports centered on investment efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Track core campaign metrics to identify deviations, trends, and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze budget allocation, cross-channel performance, and A/B tests involving creatives and audiences.
  • Protect media data quality and consistency by investigating discrepancies between advertising platforms and internal sources.
  • Document queries, data models, and metric definitions to support the team’s data governance practices.

Cerințe

  • Strong SQL skills for extracting, processing, and joining data.
  • Prior experience analyzing paid media data and working with major advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital performance and business metrics, including CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
  • Analytical judgment, responsiveness to business questions, and the ability to prioritize high-impact work.
  • Careful attention to detail and a critical approach to data quality.
  • Strong communication skills for explaining data-driven insights to non-technical teams.
  • Preferred: experience with Databricks.
  • Preferred: Python experience for data analysis.
  • Preferred: familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, or attribution tools such as AppsFlyer.
  • Preferred: experience in financial institutions, cooperatives, or organizations with structured performance marketing operations.
