Descriere

  • Install, maintain, and upgrade Pitney Bowes shipping and mailing equipment.
  • Support hardware and software solutions.
  • Diagnose and repair equipment to help prevent repeat service calls.
  • Train clients to use Pitney Bowes equipment during installations.
  • Work directly with clients as a representative of Pitney Bowes.
  • Serve a territory spanning multiple ZIP codes, with substantial time spent driving.
  • Use hand and small power tools for repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Keep the work environment safe and clean.
  • Service shipping and mailing technology ranging from inserters to lockers.

Cerințe

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • The employer does not sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license, maintain a clean driving record, and have reliable transportation.
  • Be able to lift 55 pounds or more, with or without accommodation.
  • Be able to travel within a multi-ZIP-code territory, with driving time reaching up to 80%.
  • Be able to bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods.
  • Have familiarity with Windows and basic PC and networking knowledge (preferred).
  • Have experience with automated equipment (preferred).
  • Have mechanical aptitude.
  • Have experience repairing or troubleshooting hardware and software solutions.
  • Have strong customer service skills and the ability to work directly with clients.
