Descriere

  • Own product features from problem discovery through experience design, front-end implementation, and delivery to customers.
  • Use functional prototypes instead of static mockups to validate ideas quickly with customer feedback.
  • Lead design-driven development in a time-boxed environment with flexible scope.
  • Partner closely with backend and core engineering teams to create meaningful product impact.
  • Ship polished, production-ready experiences at high speed.
  • Advance design systems and component libraries across web and mobile platforms.
  • Help designers deliver code and incorporate AI tools into their workflows.
  • Increase the organization’s speed, autonomy, and technical depth.

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience taking products from design through coded implementation and launch.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as React Native, Node.js, TypeScript, or Vue.js.
  • A portfolio featuring live products you designed and built.
  • Willingness to use AI tools for prototyping, iteration, and workflow acceleration.
  • Strong product judgment and rigorous attention to quality.
  • Thorough understanding of modern front-end development constraints and capabilities.
  • Ability to build performant, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
  • A builder’s mindset, with the discipline to complete work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining design decisions and technical trade-offs.

  • Fluency in English is required.
