Create performance-focused video advertising for Gismart’s global mobile apps. Produce frequent creative variations for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat.

Descriere

  • Create and animate performance-focused video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat
  • Partner with the Creative Producer and user acquisition team to develop briefs, test hypotheses, and iterate quickly
  • Turn successful concepts into variations for different hooks, durations, aspect ratios, languages, and audiences
  • Combine UGC, stock footage, screen recordings, and app gameplay into polished, brand-aligned videos
  • Deliver multiple creatives each week while maintaining visual consistency and production quality
  • Apply AI tools for image and video generation, voice synthesis, and asset cleanup when appropriate
  • Track current motion-design trends and native advertising formats across platforms

Cerințe

  • At least one year of marketing-focused Motion Design experience, preferably creating performance or user-acquisition creatives
  • A motion design portfolio; experience with performance-marketing video ads is advantageous
  • Advanced working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of performance-creative fundamentals, including hooks, pacing, retention, and calls to action
  • Ability to deliver work at a fast pace while maintaining quality
  • Basic sound-design and audio-mixing skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) or above
  • Experience using AI video, image, or audio tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, or Midjourney is desirable
  • Experience with Illustrator and Figma for static assets is desirable
  • Experience producing UGC-style or narrative advertising creatives is desirable
  • Experience writing plugins or scripts to automate and improve creative workflows is desirable
