Descriere

  • Define requirements and help deliver planned features and technical solutions
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams to understand client needs and shape appropriate solutions
  • Assist with impact assessments for changes, enhancements, and new requests
  • Develop estimates for client-submitted work requests
  • Review requirements, estimates, and impact assessments to support deliverable quality and feasibility
  • Help advance the functional and technical capabilities of assigned applications
  • Assist with deployments, user acceptance testing, application maintenance, and solution monitoring in corporate environments

  • AWS and Azure knowledge is desirable, including key services and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
  • Understanding of networking, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, and connectivity is desirable
  • Python experience for reading, maintaining, and writing simple scripts is desirable
  • Familiarity with generative AI concepts, APIs, and large language models is desirable
  • Experience with monitoring and performance analysis tools is desirable
  • Knowledge of APIs, OAuth2, ServiceNow, Jira, and system integrations is desirable
  • Understanding of application deployment, maintenance, and user acceptance testing processes is desirable
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical documentation
