- Serve as a customer contact and develop tailored solutions with the team
- Prepare and process suitable quotations and contracts through order placement
- Maintain sales materials, sales data, and customer master records
- Proactively advise existing customers about new products
- Analyze key performance indicators and statistical data
- Create ad hoc analyses and sales reports
- Coordinate between Sales and internal departments during customer onboarding
- Contribute to the development of modern point-of-sale solutions
