Airbus seeks an IM Run Controller in Marignane to oversee financial planning, reporting, intercompany transactions, and performance analysis for Airbus Helicopters’ digital operations in France, Germany, and Spain.

Descriere

  • Help improve operational efficiency and strengthen the company’s competitiveness
  • Coordinate between business partners, project leaders, IM colleagues, and the Airbus Helicopters finance community
  • Lead operating plan, budget, and forecast preparation for the Airbus Helicopters France, Germany, and Spain IM Run scope
  • Set hourly rates and ensure accurate IM charge-backs to other business functions
  • Coordinate and consolidate month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepayments, and cost rebookings
  • Produce comprehensive Digital reporting to monitor spending across services
  • Track the CORE project and maintain updates to its business case
  • Ensure accurate consolidation of intercompany flows across the digital campus
  • Manage central IM service invoicing and Airbus Commercial recharges
  • Analyze actual results by IM domain and PSL
  • Assess over-recovery and under-recovery variances
  • Approve shopping carts after completing strict budget compliance reviews
  • Advise the Digital operations team on controlling matters
  • Represent IM Run financial commitments at project quality gates

Cerințe

  • Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in finance, business administration, or a related discipline
  • Established experience in finance and controlling
  • Experience with cost center and profit center management, P&L controlling, and data analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, GSuite, SAP FI/CO, and business intelligence applications
  • Negotiation-level French and English are required
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build agreement
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-building capabilities
  • Ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Security clearance is required
  • Relevant professional experience
