Head of PR & Partnerships - Ethical Fashion Marketplace
Lead Wolf & Badger’s US PR, creator, events, and partnership strategy while strengthening its profile across fashion, lifestyle, and sustainability. Shape media relations and brand storytelling for an ethical fashion marketplace with a global UK-US remit.
Descriere
- Lead Wolf & Badger’s US-focused PR and communications strategy across the UK and US.
- Build relationships with leading fashion, lifestyle, business, technology, and sustainability media, stylists, and tastemakers.
- Secure regular coverage for Wolf & Badger and its network of independent designers.
- Create stories highlighting independent designers, B Corp standards, physical retail, and AI-powered shopping.
- Manage the press office, including story development, press materials, samples, credits, celebrity dressing, reputation management, and rapid response.
- Maintain the PR and events calendar across New York and London.
- Own the US creator strategy and manage the ShopMy relationship.
- Select creators and cultivate lasting working relationships with them.
- Partner with London’s content and social teams on the Wolf & Badger Tastemakers program.
- Translate creator insights into briefs for the US creative agency.
- Plan press, creator, designer, and customer events at the SoHo store and during New York Fashion Week.
- Identify and lead pop-up, concession, and retail collaboration opportunities.
- Develop, negotiate, and deliver marketing and co-branded partnerships from initial discussions through signed agreements.
- Represent Wolf & Badger at US industry events and in dealings with press and partners.
- Measure PR, creator, event, and partnership performance and advise on budget allocation.
- Increase brand awareness in commercially important US markets.
- Report to the Chief Content & Sustainability Officer and collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
Cerințe
- At least six years of PR and communications experience in-house or agency-side, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail.
- Experience managing people, agencies, or programs from planning through delivery.
- A well-established network across US fashion, lifestyle, and business media.
- Demonstrated success securing high-profile media coverage.
- Experience running creator programs and marketing partnerships from sourcing and negotiation through measurement.
- Experience planning and delivering events and activations ranging from intimate press gatherings to major launches.
- Commercially minded and comfortable using data to set objectives and demonstrate outcomes.
- Confidence representing an organization at senior level.
- Able to work independently across time zones with UK-based leadership.
- Strong interest in independent brands, fashion, and sustainability.
- Energetic, humorous, self-aware, and comfortable in a feedback-led, growth-focused culture.
- Experience working in a scale-up, marketplace, or multi-brand retail business is highly desirable.
- Experience with ShopMy, LTK, or a comparable creator-commerce platform is highly desirable.
- Experience briefing creative, content, or PR agencies is highly desirable.
- Experience delivering pop-ups, concessions, or retail partnerships is highly desirable.
- Experience working across both UK and US markets is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with B Corp or other mission-led organizations is highly desirable.
