  • Shape new games around creative briefs, player needs and price points
  • Build quick playable prototypes and test them with colleagues and external players
  • Use feedback to refine concepts and run further tests
  • Track games, play and broader cultural trends to spark new concepts
  • Pitch game ideas and communicate the thinking behind them
  • Create names for new products
  • Contribute to short instructional videos explaining how to play
