Descriere
- Guide clients and implementation partners through every stage of project delivery.
- Work with clients, partners, and internal teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Gather feedback and delivery challenges from clients and partners, and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in classroom training for clients and partners.
- Help clients build independent skills in FLOWX.AI capabilities and best practices.
- Maintain development frameworks, standards, error-handling methods, and configuration best practices.
- Create project checklists and health-check procedures.
- Produce regular audit reports that show project health-check results.
- Work with business analyst teams to learn the FLOWX platform, build business processes, test and debug, manage releases, and configure front-end and back-end integrations.
Cerințe
- At least two years of experience in a technical role, such as Java development or configuring a BPMN 2.0 platform.
- A solid understanding of software development principles.
- Experience working with JSON, REST, and HTTP/HTTPS tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with architecture principles, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
