Descriere

  • Meet homeowners in their homes to assess their needs and recommend custom window treatments
  • Develop design solutions that fit each customer’s style and budget
  • Lead customers through the purchase process and complete in-home sales
  • Organize your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities
  • Generate additional business through referrals and local networking
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience from the initial consultation through installation
  • Sell custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters for 3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer

Cerințe

  • Driven to achieve results and interested in uncapped earning potential
  • Confident, receptive to coaching, and able to work independently in the field
  • Well organized and capable of coordinating multiple appointments during the week
  • Available to work at least one weekend day
  • Have dependable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally
  • Sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing experience is helpful
  • Previous design experience is not required; training is provided
