Meet homeowners in their homes to assess their needs and recommend custom window treatments
Develop design solutions that fit each customer’s style and budget
Lead customers through the purchase process and complete in-home sales
Organize your schedule, appointments, and follow-up activities
Generate additional business through referrals and local networking
Provide a high-quality customer experience from the initial consultation through installation
Sell custom blinds, shades, draperies, and shutters for 3 Day Blinds, a national retailer and manufacturer

Reikalavimai

Driven to achieve results and interested in uncapped earning potential
Confident, receptive to coaching, and able to work independently in the field
Well organized and capable of coordinating multiple appointments during the week
Available to work at least one weekend day
Have dependable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally
Sales, hospitality, customer service, retail, or other fast-paced client-facing experience is helpful
Previous design experience is not required; training is provided

Uncapped commission, with average earnings of $70K–$100K+ and top performers earning more
