Descriere
- Consolidate sales, order, school, student, and logistics data into analyses and insights that inform business decisions
- Create and maintain dashboards and commercial, operational, and financial performance indicators
- Compare actual results with budgets and forecasts, develop projections, and model commercial-cycle scenarios
- Assist with financial and budget planning while tracking budget execution
- Calculate and reconcile the operation’s financial figures
- Document processes and automate data and reporting workflows, including through generative AI tools
- Develop clear executive reports and presentations that turn data into conclusions and recommendations
- Find opportunities to improve processes and the area’s management model
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, Accounting, Statistics, or a related discipline
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate SQL and Power BI proficiency
- Experience analyzing data, tracking KPIs, and building dashboards
- Financial knowledge applicable to results analysis and budget support
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, including Anthropic’s Claude suite
- Strong analytical thinking, systems perspective, and ability to communicate data-driven conclusions clearly
- Python experience for data processing and automation is a plus
- Background in financial planning and analysis, controllership, or business intelligence is a plus
- Knowledge of process mapping is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or education is a plus
- Experience with data lakes or cloud platforms such as Databricks is a plus
