E-Commerce and Digital Commerce Intern / Working Student

E-commerce internship with Vision Brand House, a fashion and lifestyle brand house. Help optimize Shopify stores, customer journeys, product launches, and conversion for modern consumer brands.

Descriere

  • Track shop KPIs—including conversion rate, average order value, abandonment, repeat purchases, and release performance—to uncover optimization opportunities.
  • Review the customer journey from landing page to checkout, identify improvements, and support mobile-focused testing.
  • Improve product pages, collections, and landing pages while maintaining accurate product, pricing, variant, availability, and content details.
  • Assist with product drops and launches from initial preparation through go-live.
  • Coordinate the timely publication of products, shop content, Early Access offerings, and relevant landing pages.
  • Support merchandising for bestsellers, new arrivals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct regular shop reviews for errors, presentation quality, content freshness, and performance, then coordinate required updates.
  • Evaluate new Shopify features, apps, and tools while helping expand the shops internationally.
  • Partner with Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams on e-commerce initiatives.
  • Use Shopify, Shopify Analytics, Admetrics, DataX, and Excel or Google Sheets in daily work.

Cerințe

  • You are preferably studying e-commerce, marketing, business, media, or a related subject.
  • You have a strong interest in e-commerce, fashion, digital products, and building brands.
  • You enjoy working with data and understanding what causes KPI changes and which actions influence them.
  • You understand digital customer journeys and can quickly spot opportunities to improve an online shop.
  • You work methodically, carefully, and dependably while managing several projects or releases at once.
  • You show initiative by identifying issues, challenging existing approaches, and suggesting improvements.
  • You are comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets and value data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience with Shopify, analytics platforms, conversion optimization, or A/B testing is helpful but not essential.
  • You have very strong German skills and communicate confidently in English.
