- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, systems administration, integrations and EDI, and business intelligence.
- Improve the reliability, performance, security, and scalability of the technology environment.
- Shape systems architecture and integration strategy across TMS, CRM, ERP, WMS, and related platforms.
- Raise the quality, accessibility, governance, and practical value of business data.
- Build dashboards and expand business intelligence capabilities.
- Find and deliver automation and process improvements.
- Set standards for documentation, governance, business continuity, and knowledge transfer.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IT team while reinforcing accountability.
- Work with Operations, Sales, Finance, and executive leadership to connect technology priorities with business goals.
Cerințe
- Demonstrated IT leadership experience in a fast-moving, mid-sized, or growing organization.
- Deep experience with systems integration, APIs, EDI, data architecture, and business intelligence.
- A track record of stabilizing, organizing, and improving complex technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and support operations.
- Experience with TMS, CRM, ERP, WMS, or comparable business platforms.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to turn technology into measurable business results.
- A hands-on leadership approach centered on execution, accountability, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders across functions and leadership levels.
- Experience in transportation and logistics is a significant asset.
