- Set and deliver a public relations strategy that fits Filevine’s brand, growth stage, and market position.
- Manage media relations across legal, legal technology, and B2B technology, cultivating relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencers.
- Guide Filevine’s social media function and provide strategic direction to its social team.
- Advise the executive team, including the CEO, CPO, and other senior leaders, on communications strategy.
- Plan for and lead responses to communications crises.
- Advance thought leadership through executive bylines, speaking opportunities, awards, and industry recognition.
- Work with Growth and Marketing on integrated campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives that call for earned media support.
- Build and expand the public relations function, including agency partnerships, internal processes, and reporting frameworks.
- Track and report on media coverage, sentiment, and share of voice.
- Represent Filevine at industry conferences, legal association events, and media engagements.
Cerințe
- Existing media contacts are strongly preferred, especially in the legal sector.
- At least six years of public relations experience, with substantial experience in legal, legal technology, AI technology, or enterprise settings.
- A proven record of creating and running communications programs that shape brand narratives and secure top-tier media coverage.
- Strong knowledge of the legal industry, including law firm culture, legal operations, or legal technology adoption cycles.
- Executive presence and the ability to advise C-suite leaders and represent the company externally.
- Experience overseeing public relations or social agencies and internal communications teams.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills, including the ability to explain complex legal and technical topics to broad audiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth technology environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
