Descriere

  • Lead the website and quiz-funnel testing roadmap by ranking opportunities through customer behavior, data, and likely conversion impact.
  • Define testable conversion hypotheses, measurable success criteria, and clear reasons for prioritizing each experiment.
  • Build, quality-check, and launch A/B tests directly in Intelligems or a similar experimentation platform.
  • Implement Shopify front-end updates independently, from landing pages and merchandising to UX and conversion improvements.
  • Create and refine landing pages directly, without depending entirely on designers or developers to deliver recommendations.
  • Enhance quizzes and personalized funnels with Digioh or comparable tools to improve engagement and purchase-journey progression.
  • Improve cart and upsell flows with Rebuy, Smart Cart, or comparable Shopify conversion tools.
  • Analyze site behavior, conversion results, event tracking, and experiment performance using GA4 and platform analytics.
  • Convert test findings into actionable decisions, including further experiments, rollouts, iterations, and roadmap reprioritization.
  • Investigate unfamiliar website and platform problems independently through documentation, support channels, AI tools, and structured analysis.

Cerințe

  • Bring 3–6+ years of practical experience in CRO, e-commerce optimization, growth, or a related field; equivalent depth of experience may also be considered.
  • Demonstrate strong applied knowledge of e-commerce conversion optimization, including funnels, customer journeys, merchandising, UX, and primary conversion drivers.
  • Have hands-on Shopify front-end experience and the ability to implement and troubleshoot site changes independently.
  • Own the full A/B testing process, from identifying opportunities and forming hypotheses through implementation, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Have practical experience with Intelligems or a comparable testing platform, along with working knowledge of GA4 and conversion analytics.
  • Be able to build landing pages and conversion experiences personally, rather than only preparing briefs for design or development teams.
  • Apply sound judgment and close attention to detail, while following detailed written or video guidance when handling sensitive website or company information.
  • Have experience using Digioh for quizzes, funnels, personalization, or similar conversion experiences.
  • Have experience with Rebuy, Smart Cart, or comparable Shopify tools for upsell and cart optimization.
  • Have worked directly with direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.
  • Have experience improving subscription-based e-commerce businesses.
  • Have held a role combining strategic CRO ownership with significant hands-on execution.
