Creative Director, AI Apps (Barcelona Hybrid)

Lead the creative strategy and production behind Labhouse’s AI and productivity apps, from brand development to app launches and performance marketing. Manage creative talent while staying hands-on across video, design, and generative AI workflows.

Descriere

  • Shape how users discover and engage with Labhouse’s AI and productivity applications
  • Establish brand voice, visual identity, and creative standards across the app portfolio
  • Develop, script, design, animate, and edit creative for product concepts, launches, and advertising
  • Mentor and develop the creative team through regular reviews and constructive feedback
  • Oversee high-volume advertising creative across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads
  • Create a testing system with Performance Marketing to manage hypotheses, iterations, insights, and scaling decisions
  • Set positioning, messaging, and go-to-market creative for new app releases
  • Direct organic social, creator, and UGC initiatives, including the preparation of creator briefs
  • Coordinate external freelancers, studios, and content creators
  • Apply generative AI to ideation, scripting, image creation, and video production, and help the team adopt these workflows
  • Partner with Performance Marketing, Product, Design, UX, and Engineering on app positioning and launches

Cerințe

  • Substantial creative experience spanning advertising, brand, and in-house marketing environments
  • Regularly produce work yourself across design, animation, and editing
  • A portfolio of recent personally created work that demonstrates exceptional craft and measurable results
  • Advanced hands-on short-form video expertise, including hooks, storytelling, pacing, editing, and platform-native formats
  • Strong visual judgment across color, composition, typography, and motion
  • Able to create and evaluate video ads, motion graphics, static and carousel ads, App Store assets, social content, creator briefs, brand identities, and campaign concepts
  • Strong capabilities in copywriting and creative concept development
  • Working knowledge of mobile app growth, user acquisition, and subscription funnels
  • Performance-oriented approach grounded in hypotheses, creative angles, and outcomes
  • Comfort using advertising dashboards, creative analytics, and A/B test findings
  • Experience mentoring creatives and coordinating freelancers and creators
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Able to present creative ideas, write precise briefs, and deliver direct, constructive feedback
  • Effective collaborator with UX, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
  • Experience in a portfolio or app-studio environment is advantageous
