Contract Interior Designer - Seattle Hybrid

Freelance interior designer serving Seattle-area residential clients through Havenly’s technology platform. Develop concepts, floor plans, 3D renderings, sourcing plans, and client relationships from initial consultation through completed design.

Descriere

  • Work with Seattle-area residential clients through virtual and in-home consultations
  • Assess each client’s style preferences, practical needs, and budget
  • Manage the full design process, from mood boards and concepts to floor plans and 3D renderings
  • Select furniture and décor through Havenly’s platform
  • Help clients purchase vendor-partner products through a single-cart checkout
  • Develop lasting client relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Prioritize client needs and design quality with Havenly’s technology and support resources

Cerințe

  • An interior design degree from an accredited program or university is preferred
  • At least three years of interior design experience serving your own in-person and/or virtual clients
  • Professional industry presence with confident, knowledgeable, and clear communication
  • Experience using online tools to create concept boards, 3D renderings, floor plans, presentations, and client communications
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technology quickly
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva is required
  • Strong passion, initiative, and design knowledge to deliver creative results
  • Small-business mindset with the ability to advance projects and turn designs into sales
  • Extensive product knowledge across vendors, categories, and price ranges
  • Reliable transportation for travel to and from client meetings
  • A personal computer equipped for video conferencing
  • An active Photoshop license or Canva account
  • A personal computer running current macOS Big Sur or Windows 10 or 11
  • Residence in the Seattle, Washington area
  • Current authorization to work full-time in the United States
