Content Marketing Specialist (Storyteller) – Germany Remote

Create product marketing, campaign, and thought-leadership content for The Landbanking Group’s nature-investment technology. Support sales with compelling, evidence-based messaging and customer-focused narratives.

Descriere

  • Build pitch decks and sales scripts that give the sales team persuasive, data-informed narratives for TLG products
  • Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that set TLG offerings apart
  • Partner with product teams to improve messaging using customer feedback and market developments
  • Produce campaign materials, including landing pages and email sequences
  • Write LinkedIn content, case studies, press releases, and whitepapers that showcase customer results and product value
  • Write thought-leadership content on behalf of team members
  • Propose press releases and story ideas to relevant media outlets and secure placements
  • Apply AI tools to research, draft, and edit content while keeping the final work strategic, accurate, and focused on sales

Cerințe

  • At least three years of digital marketing experience in an agency or in-house setting
  • Working knowledge of SEO and SEM tools such as Google Ads and SEMrush, along with CRM and analytics platforms
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Jasper, Copy.ai, Google AI, or custom solutions for content, automation, or data analysis
  • Strong content production abilities, including copywriting and basic graphic design, with a focus on human-centered storytelling
  • Experience in B2B or sustainability is advantageous
  • Able to interpret performance metrics and adjust strategy while balancing AI efficiency with human judgment
  • Confident collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Direct but considerate communication style that fits TLG’s culture
  • Able to write witty, engaging content for LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Steady and resilient when working under pressure or receiving direct feedback
  • Able to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, bias, and alignment with TLG’s values
