Descriere

  • Partner with Creative teams to develop concepts and shot lists
  • Keep concepts and filming methods social-first and native to each platform
  • Manage pre-production with clients, including permissions and release forms
  • Recommend equipment tailored to each shoot
  • Film content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and TikTok
  • Use composition, lighting, equipment, transitions, POVs, and other platform-native techniques
  • Appear on camera when appropriate
  • Edit social content with synchronized footage, suitable audio, and compelling narratives
  • Transfer work created outside social platforms to the Design team
  • Train Creative and Social Media Manager teams on in-app content best practices
  • Foster effective relationships across account teams and departments
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively to deliver a high-quality content creation experience

Cerințe

  • Demonstrated experience producing social-first content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Technical skill in mobile-first filming, video production, and editing
  • Ability to lead shoots, direct talent, and manage post-production
  • Willingness to appear on camera when needed
  • Distinct creative perspective and meticulous attention to detail
  • Curiosity about emerging content formats and trends
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to mentor others
  • Strong awareness of social platforms, popular culture, and current trends
  • Ability to work efficiently in an agile, fast-paced setting
  • Occasional availability outside standard working hours
