CNC Field Service Engineer

Maintain and repair DN Solutions CNC machines for Mills CNC, supporting manufacturing customers across the UK and Ireland. The role involves scheduled servicing, fault diagnosis and on-site customer support.

Descriere

  • Perform scheduled maintenance on DN Solutions and other machines in line with internal service standards.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs where appropriate.
  • Build strong professional relationships with Mills CNC clients.
  • Follow internal health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Share information across Mills in accordance with Quality Processes.
  • Schedule work within approximately two hours of the engineer’s home where possible.
  • Visit customer sites across the UK and Ireland as required.

Cerințe

  • Hold an engineering qualification and a recognised apprenticeship.
  • Have a driving licence with no more than three points.
  • Be willing to travel.
  • Be able to visit customer sites across the UK and Ireland when required.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively.
  • Bring a proactive approach to resolving issues on site.
  • Have knowledge of CNC turning and milling machine tools.
  • Experience maintaining CNC machine tools is desirable.
  • Experience with Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain CNC controls is desirable.
