Partner with Wonderful’s General Manager for Germany and Austria to turn strategy into execution and improve commercial performance. Lead cross-functional initiatives for an enterprise AI business across commercial planning, operations, and growth.

Descriere

  • Partner with the General Manager for Germany and Austria to set priorities and improve commercial performance
  • Translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver against defined goals across both markets
  • Assess pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance with Go-to-Market and Global Revenue Operations teams
  • Surface commercial opportunities, risks, and recommended actions
  • Analyze pricing, margins, market opportunities, and commercial priorities
  • Prepare clear recommendations and supporting business cases
  • Lead strategic cross-functional projects from problem definition and alignment through implementation and results tracking
  • Support strategic customer opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
  • Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Operations to resolve dependencies
  • Improve business planning and review processes by giving leaders visibility into performance, priorities, and decisions
  • Bring structure and sound judgment to ambiguous, complex issues through resolution

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff position
  • Background in technology or another fast-moving international business is preferred
  • Strong analytical ability paired with sound commercial judgment
  • Skilled at converting complex information into clear decisions and practical next steps
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working with commercial data, forecasts, financial analysis, and CRM insights
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English communication skills
  • Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing competing priorities
  • Independent, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial working style
  • Strong ownership and discretion
  • Comfort operating amid ambiguity and establishing effective processes as the business scales
  • German proficiency at C2 level or higher across speaking, reading, and writing
  • Currently based in Germany or Austria, or able to relocate there at short notice
