Chief of Staff, Germany & Austria (Hybrid)
Partner with Wonderful’s General Manager for Germany and Austria to turn strategy into execution and improve commercial performance. Lead cross-functional initiatives for an enterprise AI business across commercial planning, operations, and growth.

- Partner with the General Manager for Germany and Austria to set priorities and improve commercial performance
- Translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver against defined goals across both markets
- Assess pipeline, forecasts, and revenue performance with Go-to-Market and Global Revenue Operations teams
- Surface commercial opportunities, risks, and recommended actions
- Analyze pricing, margins, market opportunities, and commercial priorities
- Prepare clear recommendations and supporting business cases
- Lead strategic cross-functional projects from problem definition and alignment through implementation and results tracking
- Support strategic customer opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Delivery, and Operations to resolve dependencies
- Improve business planning and review processes by giving leaders visibility into performance, priorities, and decisions
- Bring structure and sound judgment to ambiguous, complex issues through resolution
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, Revenue Operations, or a Chief of Staff position
- Background in technology or another fast-moving international business is preferred
- Strong analytical ability paired with sound commercial judgment
- Skilled at converting complex information into clear decisions and practical next steps
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing senior stakeholders
- Comfort working with commercial data, forecasts, financial analysis, and CRM insights
- Excellent written and spoken German and English communication skills
- Able to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution while managing competing priorities
- Independent, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial working style
- Strong ownership and discretion
- Comfort operating amid ambiguity and establishing effective processes as the business scales
- German proficiency at C2 level or higher across speaking, reading, and writing
- Currently based in Germany or Austria, or able to relocate there at short notice
