Lead CitizenGO’s advocacy campaigns in Germany, from petitions and grassroots mobilization to digital and in-person actions. Develop culturally relevant multilingual communications in support of life, family, and freedom.

Descriere

  • Lead CitizenGO’s national campaign list in Germany.
  • Research, design, develop, and run campaigns in Germany and internationally.
  • Track political, legislative, cultural, local, and global developments to spot campaign opportunities.
  • Write persuasive campaign emails, petitions, calls to action, and other marketing materials.
  • Adapt and translate global campaign communications from English for German cultural context.
  • Consult experts and contribute to campaign strategy, policy, and messaging.
  • Gather supporting research from the press, NGOs, and other credible sources.
  • Send campaign communications to supporters and report on results.
  • Plan and coordinate in-person actions, including advertising, petition deliveries, press activities, public stunts, and events.
  • Coordinate German-language materials, briefings, press releases, and research documents.
  • Take part in public speaking and media activities.
  • Build relationships with influencers, journalists, activists, and aligned organizations.
  • Handle member correspondence, polling, feedback, and consultation processes.
  • Contribute to organizational strategy and support recruitment, team building, management, and special projects.
  • Build coalitions to strengthen mobilization and advocacy.
  • Advise Media Campaigners and lead in-person actions when needed.
  • Review, manage, and support member petitions on CitizenGO’s petitions website.
  • Monitor website functionality and the accuracy of German-language content.
  • Train and support a Campaign Associate, where applicable, and organize national-list strategy.
  • Improve workflows using AI and manage AI agents to increase output and quality.
  • Report to the Manager of Global Campaigns.

Cerințe

  • Must be based in Germany.
  • German must be your first language.
  • Available to travel monthly for in-person campaigns.
  • English proficiency of at least B2.
  • Non-native English speakers must take the Duolingo English Test and score at least 100.
  • Spanish and other languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable using artificial intelligence in daily work.
  • Interested in software tools and able to learn and adapt to new ones quickly.
  • Strong strategic, creative, and innovative thinking.
  • Able to analyze socio-political situations, develop complex ideas, and communicate them clearly.
  • Solid knowledge of civic advocacy, citizen mobilization, and grassroots campaigning.
  • Passionate about defending life, family, and freedom.
  • Professional, self-motivated, efficient, and focused on delivering results.
  • Collaborative team player, comfortable in a hierarchical team structure.
  • Strong project and staff management skills.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing conditions and requirements.
  • Able to work independently across varied tasks and projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and able to contribute useful projects and proposals.
  • Strong user-level computer skills.
  • Flexible schedule and able to meet tight deadlines, including evenings and weekends, with occasional travel.
  • Copywriting and marketing content experience is an asset.
  • Experience using AI tools to produce emails, communications, and written materials is an asset.
  • Google Workspace experience is preferred.
  • CRM and project management tool proficiency is an asset.
