- Coordinate with internal teams to connect business development plans with organizational priorities and market needs
- Turn complex data into actionable insights that improve Walmart’s customer and supplier experience, strengthen supplier performance, and advance omnichannel category growth
- Balance shared value propositions, risks, and benefits across Walmart and its supplier partners
- Bring cross-functional teams together to achieve measurable business results
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business, finance, marketing and sales, healthcare, or a related field plus two years of experience in business development, market development, healthcare, or a related area; or four years of relevant experience
- Track record of increasing revenue through new business development programs
- Strong negotiation ability
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Sound financial judgment and knowledge of finance principles
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of emerging technologies that influence business development and sales
- Ability to generate shareholder value through strategic planning and execution
