Descriere

  • Identify manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes that could benefit from automation or AI with business stakeholders
  • Create and maintain automations and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
  • Develop and support AI-powered workflows and agents
  • Connect business systems through APIs, connectors, and scripting
  • Prototype, test, and validate solutions before production release
  • Document, test, and maintain automation and AI implementations
  • Track deployed solutions for performance, cost, and reliability, escalating issues when needed
  • Follow Chrysos's AI governance framework and responsible AI practices
  • Assess emerging automation and AI platforms to support future adoption decisions
  • Translate business pain points into practical technical solutions with teams across the organization
  • Present solution choices and trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Partner with Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering on integration, security, and deployment activities
  • Support AI Guild work, including use-case intake, governance, and knowledge sharing
  • Deliver basic training and ongoing assistance to end users

Cerințe

  • 1–3 years of experience in a technical role involving automation, scripting, integrations, or software development
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps, or a comparable low-code automation platform
  • Working understanding of APIs and system integration principles
  • Basic to intermediate programming or scripting skills in technologies such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or C#
  • Analytical, solution-oriented approach and genuine interest in using technology to solve business challenges
  • Clear communication skills and confidence working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to document and maintain solutions for reliable long-term support
  • Exposure to AI or LLM tools, prompt engineering, or AI-agent development, including Copilot Studio, OpenAI, or Anthropic
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and fundamental Azure administration
  • Awareness of, or interest in, emerging platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Bedrock AgentCore, or Azure AI Foundry
  • Experience handling structured or unstructured data, including basic reporting or data extraction
